Without a mentor, Alex has had to overcome challenges, such as managing his obsession, dealing with issues in getting his commercial kitchen built & the fear of spending money.
We talk about the pressure of business, delayed gratification, the cut throat food industry and his desire to only hire ‘cool’ people.
