Monthly face to face or zoom strategy meetings.

Each month you will have bi-weekly check ins and a monthly face to face meeting or zoom call, to help you with your overall strategy. There are no time limits or clock watching to these meetings and every client needs a different level of support.

Full accountability with a strong approach in helping you hit your mini-goals.

By understanding you, your goals and the promises you have made, we give you full accountability with a strong approach in helping you hit your mini-goals. If you want a coach that isn’t going to pull you up on your own BS, then we’re not the right business coaching service for you.

Regular check ins and phone access to help with decision making.

You have access 5 days a week through whatsapp and phone calls for urgent issues and decision making, effectively giving you a virtual non-executive director to help you make sound decisions. Some people use 360 for full advice and others want it to ‘sanity check’ their ideas.

Regular review of the 360 Framework & adjusting coaching sessions specific to you.

In your sessions review your scores on the 360 Growth Framework to help you with your personal development, which will ultimately lead to a stronger, more powerful business.
